The Comanche Rail is the latest version of the speargun with which World Spearfishing Championships have been won.
The Cressi Comanche Rail is the latest version of the speargun with which World Spearfishing Championships have been won. Its high power, anti-corrosion tube and the placement of a guide for even greater accuracy are just some of the improvements. It is a weapon that to this day is still considered reliable, highly accurate, the result of continuous upgrades, technological refinements and research into new innovations.
The Cressi Comanche Rail is still an extremely modern weapon today, due to the new generation of specially processed materials, which guarantee an extremely light, stable weapon with incomparable shooting accuracy.
Just a few of its unique features include:
a friendly rod release system, with a metal ring under the head for the passage of the line
a protrusion that presses on the sternum, supporting easy arming
sliding positioning and locking of the reel in place under the tube
and a variety of different rubbers to choose the one you prefer.
grip made of non-slip, thermoplastic, elastic material in gray color, easily visible on the bottom
With a new head, perfectly round and designed to allow quick repositioning and arming of the rod, after the shot.
The handle is ergonomically designed, flexible and suitable for any type of shot, from any angle. The handle is anatomical, made of soft rubber and the arming mechanism is resistant even to double rubbers. The operation of the cocking mechanism is completely smooth and is compatible with all types of rods.
The 28 mm metallized aluminum tube of the Cressi Comanche Rail is resistant to corrosion and does not allow the slightest distortion, even in the longest models. It has a low-friction guide, as the rod is supported on both ends. The lower part of the tube is reinforced and thicker. This makes the Comanche Rail even more user-friendly and stronger than guns with a larger cross-section tube. All tubes are sealed internally, eliminating the possibility of water ingress and consequently adding weight to the gun, which also affects the accuracy of the shot.
One of its main differences with the previous Comanche speargun is the long plastic guide for the rod, which was placed on the tube, in front of the handle, to ensure the accuracy of the shot at the moment the rod is released.
The very compact and hydrodynamic head allows the level of the rubbers to be lowered, in order to further improve their thrust, to create perfect visibility of the target and fast and precise aiming. The rubbers are positioned so that the rod is perfectly aligned with them when cocked.
The rods are aligned and centered between the head and the handle, offering excellent accuracy in aiming and shooting. Special plastic notches in front of the handle and behind the head support the movement of the rod on the tube at the time of the Comanche’s discharge.
A reel is also available as an accessory to the weapon. The reel can be easily placed in the special base in front of the handle.
