In case of cancellation of the order which has been made by credit or debit card, the money may be delayed due to reversed interbank procedures. The xtdiving.com is not responsible for the delay and not under any legal or other liability.
The goods travel for the account and responsibility of the customer. The xtdiving.gr make every effort to ensure that every order to arrive on time to the customer. Due to adverse circumstances or events affecting courier company, xtdiving.gr not responsible. Most products are available immediately but in case of delay the customer will be immediately informed by xtdiving.com.
In case of cancellation of the order immediately contact the xtdiving.com. The order is sent immediately, so that the annulment should be done within a reasonable time. It allows cancellation up to the stage before delivery of the goods to the courier company. Cancellation (with client’s fault) special order the deposit is not refundable.
